Helle Tangevald Hansen
Helle jobber til vanlig som sykepleier i bedriftshelsetjenesten, men etter å ha trent Pilates i mange år utdannet hun seg til Pilates-instruktør i 2021. Hun liker å være i aktivitet daglig, enten det Pilates, løping, CrossFit eller rolige turer.

Silje Blindheim
Silje has over 20 years experience as an instructor and trainer. She has a Master’s in basis training from Norway’s Sports Academy and is a founder of the training concept BasisBall.
