Nathalie is a certified among other in meditation, Hatha, Yin and yoga for women as well as Pranayama. She is passionate about using meditation, breathing and movement as tools to regulate the nervous system. Nathalie is Norwegian, lives in Australia and teaches in both English and Norwegian.
During Nathalie's classes, you will be greeted calmly and given the opportunity to explore what is moving inside, so that you can give your best to the outside. You are guided kindly through various exercises that aim to give you space and short breathing breaks in a hectic everyday life. When we stress down, we can focus better, we perform better, and we sleep better.
