Data Deletion Instructions
Introduction
At Naardic Training AS, we respect your privacy and provide you with options to manage or delete your data. Below are the instructions on how you can delete your data from our platform, including data obtained through Facebook login. Please note that we cannot delete personal data we are legally obliged to process, such as accounting records under the Norwegian Bookkeeping Act (retained for up to five years). How to delete your account in the app
You can delete your account directly in the Naardic app:
- Log in to your account in the app.
- Open the Menu tab.
- Tap Delete Account.
- Confirm the deletion.
If you have an active subscription it must be cancelled first — the app will guide you. Your account is deleted after the subscription period ends.
Delete by email
You can also ask us to delete your account and data by emailing post@naardic.no from the email address your account is registered with. You are entitled to a response within 30 days.
What data is deleted
When you delete your account, all your personal data is deleted from our platform — including your name, email address, phone number, address, date of birth, profile data and links to payment and login providers. The exception is data we are legally required to retain (e.g. accounting records), which is deleted once the retention obligation expires.
Delete data accessed from Facebook
If you signed in using Facebook Login, we collected the following information from Facebook:
- Email address
- First name
- Last name
- Friends list
- Public profile
Since this data is essential for your account functionality, it cannot be deleted individually. If you wish to remove this data, delete your account as described above. Once your account is deleted, all associated data, including Facebook data, will be permanently removed from our system.
